This is a post that I'll share with clients. I particularly like the line about "identifying the point on the horizon where your want to take your organization." That's a picture that leaders can paint that is easy to understand and will stick.

I have a number of Fortune 500 clients where the execs talk about Thought Leadership as an interesting intellectual activity but haven't quite recognized the possibiity of creating an entire Thought Leadership corporate culture and, thus, an additional dimension to their brand.

Very much enjoy checking into your blog regularly...keep up the useful posts.
